Leslie Davis

Leslie Davis is probably one of the only Realtors in Mobile with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, which is not an easy degree to earn (nor an easy career). The perseverance, problem-solving, and attention to detail required of Chemical Engineers has served Davis well in her second career as a Real Estate Agent/Broker. In 2020, Davis’ two-person team closed over $16 million in sales, and she was the top agent of over 200 agents in Keller Williams Mobile market center. And in 2021, the success has continued to be the best year so far, in both the growth of her real estate team and the company. Davis got a real estate license in 2002 and worked with Century 21 in Mobile for over 5 years. In 2007, she moved to Keller Williams Mobile. Leaving it was a tough decision because of the relationships she built at Century 21. Davis says she has flourished at Keller Williams because of their culture, and her passion for leadership, excellence, and relationships.

“It’s been awesome. When I first moved to Keller Williams, it was mainly about it being a better economic model for me,” she says. “But I’ve been embraced as a leader, and I put myself in many national trainings and events. I started meeting people and began realizing Keller Williams is not just about business—anyone in the whole company will just pour into you to help you grow. I’ve experienced so much personal growth. I’ve become much more than a salesperson. I’m discovering more and more how I can help and promote others.” Shortly after her move to Keller Williams, a new ownership group came in and Davis herself was given the opportunity to invest in the Mobile and Baldwin County offices to help them grow. What began with 30 agents has expanded to over 250.

In addition to investing in her brokerage, Davis is also passionate about investing in real estate and educating her clients about how to do the same.

“I started thinking about investing around 2005 rather than only selling real estate,” she says. “My husband, Mike, and I flipped houses and kept a few properties for rentals. I also started taking courses on real estate investing so I could teach others how to do it too. A lot of people really value how much we have done in that sphere, and I have found a lot of great investment properties for clients.”

Whether it’s with clients or other agents, Davis is passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom.

“I’m really trying to help other people create generational wealth—it’s all about how to manage your money and change your family for generations to come,” she says. “I don’t want to just help my clients through one transaction. Mike Davis

Being the best at what I do is my goal. I have strived to be a good mentor, leader, father, and now grandfather, to those in my care. I am a “practice what you preach” guy, who started at entry-level and earned my way to supervisory roles, over my 30-year career at UOP Chemical in Chickasaw, Alabama. The biggest compliment I earned, was hearing that all the guys I taught or coached over the years respected me and stuck up for me when it counted.

Over the course of my career, I have always worked side jobs in construction as well. I loved improving my surroundings and making things better. I learned many trades and skills so I could do or fix almost anything. Although I always had enough, I was taught if you could do it yourself, you should do it with pride.

After my wife and I flipped houses for about 15 years, now, I’ve built a business remodeling and building houses for others. I am great with logistics, coordination of projects, and scheduling. My clients value my work ethic and commitment to their satisfaction. I am thankful to have acquired several trusted, skilled contractors, who care about our clients and the quality of their work. We have built a reliable business for which our clients continue to rave and love the finished product!

Raised in the Mobile area my whole life, I have thrived on outdoor activities, and love hunting and fishing—and cooking it all! I’ve been boating since I was 10 and have fished every nook of the Gulf Coast. I married the love of my life in 2000 and plan to live happily ever after, giving back and helping those I can. I have 3 amazing kids, twin boys, and a daughter, and am proud to have 3 grandkids. I will teach my grandkids all the tricks of the trade, and be the role model that encourages them to focus on their individuality and unique talents. I am proud of the home that Leslie and I have made on Dauphin Island, and I love our view. I can fish and crab off my back dock. My wife and I love to travel to St John, our home away from home. We are music lovers and frequently attend concerts all over the country. We love our shelties and currently have Deacon Blues, aka Deke, who is the funniest and sweetest dog. He loves everyone and hippity-hops to get our attention. He’s the only sheltie we’ve had that loves to swim!

Hello, I am Ericka Caraway, the Client Care Manager for the Key Performance Team. I have a professional background in real estate and property management, I am passionate about all things business, especially real estate. Originally, I am from Southeast Texas, and have recently moved to Mobile to reside closer to family. When I am not busy helping our wonderful clients, I love riding my ATV with my husband and daughter.

Professionally, my focus for the Key Performance Team is on creating an exceptional experience for our clients throughout the real estate transaction. My goal is to create a smooth and seamless process for all our clients. I am looking forward to the experience and knowledge that I will gain during the process. I am excited about all the new relationships that I get to build and cultivate through working with The Key Performance Team, and I can't wait to help you achieve your Real Estate Dreams!

I'm Sue, the Transaction Coordinator for the Key Performance Team at Keller Williams. After retiring from a career in Medical Billing, I decided I was not quite ready for a rocking chair. I am excited about this new chapter of my life in Real Estate. I am certain this will give me the opportunity to continue growing and using my organizational skills to ensure that all our clients have the best possible experience whether buying or selling.

My family's home is in Mississippi where the majority of my siblings still reside. I get home often and enjoy spending precious time with them. I have been married for over 40 years. My husband and I enjoy hiking, gardening, reading, boating, and scuba diving.
