Dreaming of Long-Term Wealth?

Have you ever thought you could create long term wealth, and even more, have left overs for your generations to come? I didn’t! I grew up with fairly humble beginnings. I didn’t know you could do more than what I grew up with. We were comfortable, but of course I always thought we were lacking in some way. We always had food, and love. So, I should have realized that we were already wealthy in so many ways that many don’t enjoy. But alas, I thought true wealth only meant the accumulation of funds to enjoy life.

I know God put it on my heart to promote others, and lead others to become wealthy. That didn’t just mean monetarily. That meant a whole world more than what I knew! However, in order to first influence anyone the way God had intended, I had to learn much more than what I learned in school. I had to BE-come more than my meager beginnings and shortsighted mindset. I had to understand that there is more to life than money and acquiring possessions. It is interesting that many who never stray far from their nest, don’t realize there is more potential out there for them. They never understand anything besides their local influence, because that is the only influence they have.

God really pushed me to Be-come more. I had opportunities to stay in my hometown, and even was offered a free place to stay to begin my career after graduating from Auburn. I had friends at home, and family, and God stepped in to ensure that going home was not the direction I was to take. Thank goodness for God’s grace and love. As I look back now, there were so many ways God changed my direction to get me to where I am today. I thought I was just stubborn and making my own mind up. HA HA. Nope. All God. I made decisions that made no sense, and I see now why. It was those seeds of greatness planted deep within, that were reaching out even then to grow me out of my comfort zone.

If you didn’t know it, God loves you as much as he loves anyone on this green earth. He has planted seeds within you as well, to reap a bountiful harvest of wealth within your own circle of influence. You may or may not be aware of all that you are to accomplish yet. But it’s there! We are told to be good stewards of our gifts, talents and assets. We are to invest them each wisely to nurture them to the greatest benefit possible. That is actually, the greatest benefit to God’s kingdom. Not to our own merit. Alone, we possess nothing. But together, we are contributing to the greatest kingdom of love, peace and eternal immortality.

I have been the beneficiary of much wealth, both in love, faith and assets. And I can tell you firsthand that the only thing that is truly worthy, is that of the faith I have to fuel the love of Christ in others. I know in order to teach those whom I have the privilege to influence the foundations of wealth building, I am responsible for their knowledge in managing assets and their faith in God. I want to help you learn to best utilize your assets and grow them so that you, in turn, can foster maturity for kingdom advancement. Sound fun? Well, it isn’t easy. There are a lot of baby steps and back steps. Along the way, you may be criticized or envied, and ostracized. Doing things God’s way is not always the popular way. And it is very worth it.

I happen to have a wealth of knowledge in investing in Real Estate. Primarily in single family homes for flipping and/or renting. I want to help give you the do’s and don’ts of making these types of purchases and sales, and help you make good choices to advance your wealth and wisdom. There are a lot of options available, and there are also lots of pitfalls if you don’t learn how to avoid them up front.
