Fall Renewal… Please Rescue Me

These temperatures have been brutal this summer! Lots of things lately seem bordering on the extreme limits of possibilities. I am so ready for the cool breeze in my face, and the smell of crackling logs on the fire! But, I do believe we still have a little while to go before it cools off. Either way, I am grateful for every day I am blessed with to accomplish something. Big or small, I know I am making progress. Isn’t it hard to tell though, if you are not tracking it? You probably don’t realize how much progress you actually make, continually. It is much more rewarding when you can say, “HEY! Look how far I’ve come,” and you have documented proof! So, what are you tracking?

I have committed to be BOLD over these 3 months, and beyond. BOLD stands for Business Objective…A Life By Design. We are supposed to be working to fund our perfect lives, not have our work take over our lives! RIGHT? I have participated in this coaching/training many times over the years, and it has propelled me forward each time. And every time, it moves me in a different area. My wonderful husband asked, “Why do you need to take this again? Didn’t you learn it the first time??” He’s so sweet! Lol. Well, thankfully I didn’t take offense because I had learned about Heraclitus, a Greek Philosopher, who stated 'No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man.' You are always changing, as is the river, and everything else around you. So, we must always continue to feed our spirits, minds, and bodies, and embrace change, so we continue growing and don’t become stagnant and die.

Also, depending on what you are surrounded by each day, you may need to double up and feed them more positive influences to maintain forward progress. There are quite a few negative influences around these days, and I have had to make a dedicated effort each day to avoid the pitfalls and temptations of so much negativity. That’s one of the many reasons I am so thankful for my office, and my company. Keller Williams has continually provided me with positive influences over the course of my years there. Both locally and internationally. We are blessed with a faith filled office staff, as well as regionally and nationwide, and we give back to each other every week. We are constantly fed information to help us grow in both business and personal life. Honestly, I don’t know what I may have become had I not been influenced by this culture. That is often why I bring my clients into the business with me. I have offered so many of my clients an opportunity to become real estate professionals with me, because I know how much it has done for me and my family. It literally has changed my life, and that of my living legacies!

That’s why I am committed not only to being BOLD as often as possible, but to be learning based, always. My business, clients, team and family depend on me stepping up and keeping myself ahead of the curve. I always want to provide them with the best wisdom I can, as I learn from the best in the industry, and the best in overall life and physical coaching, as well as relying on God for directing me! If you think you have reached a plateau, and don’t need to keep learning, then you are missing the boat. I would prefer you to be on the boat with me! Let me know and I’ll throw out my life preservers to you!

I am currently tracking some key metrics to ensure that I am helping my team gain ground, my clients have more advantages in these changing markets, as well as making some healthy personal choices to give me longevity and overall better health. I want to share as much as I can that would help you personally, too. Please let me know where I can be of the most service to you. Of course, I welcome the opportunities for strategically advising you, your friends, and family on this real estate industry, and how it’s changing and may affect you and your future decisions. I always appreciate your referrals, and chances to help you develop your financial stability. I also embrace insight I can learn from you, as to what has worked to empower you personally. I would love to share with others what works for you, as well as sharing what’s working for me. Let’s work together to promote each other!

Wishing you Many Blessings as we move into another autumn of the year and bring another year to a close. We have much to be thankful for, so let’s share with each other what all we can bring to one another. Together, we can all make more progress and fuel bigger accomplishments! I look forward to hearing from you.
